I have developed a hybrid approach which combines two strategies that will maximise your progress and ensure you reach your vocal goals:

1-2-1 coaching sessions with me, taken online or in person from my home studio in Reading, Berkshire, UK to integrate your technical learning from the VOCALSCOPE HUB into your practise, your voice and your artistry.
My clients love this dual approach which uses something called ‘Flipped Learning’ - because it means they can study the technical voice work, which is delivered online, whenever they want to, wherever in the world they are. They also find having the ability to replay and revisit as much as they want helps them to really cement their learning, focus their practise and speed up their progress.
Then when we work together - all that learning and processing and practise has already happened - which leaves our time together free to really explore and play with these new vocal techniques, integrating them fully into the body and the performance. Lets…

THE GOAL
It all begins with your vocal goals. Maybe you have ‘always sung’ and now you want to really understand how your voice actually works. Perhaps you worry that you aren’t using your voice ‘properly’ and you are frightened you might damage it. Or maybe you have a music project to share with the world and want coaching to help you fulfil your artistic, creative vision. Whatever it is, I will want to understand your goals and will dive deep into your voice training needs so that our work together can really make all the difference.
Your goal should feel inspiring for where and who you are right now and it must speak to where and who you want to be.
THE PLAN
Once we’ve identified your goals we then create our plan.
The plan we create will determine identifiable steps towards achieving the changes you want to make in your voice and the skills you need to develop to make that happen.
We’ll consider how you best learn, your other commitments, your schedule and we’ll identify an achievable timeline, complete with specific milestones…
THE PROCESS
The process begins with a programme of online video voice training lessons accessed via the VOCALSCOPE HUB - which are tailored specifically to your needs and allow you to receive voice technique coaching on playback, whenever and wherever you want to learn.
You work at your own pace with the ability to repeat watch the information I teach you as regularly and as often as you need to.
Our 1-2-1 in person or online sessions are then able to focus solely on honing the skills you have been learning, applying them to your voice, your body and your goals; leading to a faster, more personalised training experience that makes more effective use of our time and your money.

I first met Juliette aged 11, when she cast me in a Youth Theatre Company Production of Billy Elliott which went on to become one of 10 winning companies, (of 250 entrants) who performed, selected by the original creative team, at the Victoria Palace Theatre in 2010.
The impact of being directed and coached by Juliette was so profound it changed the direction of my life – I left the dance school I had been attending since I was 3 years old and joined Juliette’s School Of The Arts (SOTA), where I was a student, with additional private singing lessons , until I was 18 years old.
I was accepted onto a Musical Theatre Foundation Course at Kingsclere Performing Arts College and was surprised and delighted when Juliette then arrived as Head of Voice in at the College. Here, she continued to stretch and develop my vocal skills for another year.
